Entry requirements for Bury College University Centre
undergraduate courses are expressed as points called
‘UCAS Tariff points’. The UCAS Tariff points required for
entry to each course can be seen on our website.
This page shows the points you earn for each grade that
A Level
Grade
(At A2Level)
you achieve. For example 112 points can be achieved
either from A Level grades BBC, or BTEC Level 3
Extended Diploma grades DMM.

Where course entry requirements state “64 points from

only AS grades.

Please note if you do not have these formal qualifications

at least one but preferably two A Levels” this means you
are not able to apply for this qualification using
you are still welcome to apply, as other qualifications, life/
work experience, and personal qualities can be taken into
account.
If English is not your first language you will also need
to have achieved IELTS 6.0.
